On the other side of the great room is the dining room, which has a farmhouse style table that comfortably seats 8 adults - offering both communal bench seating and modern wishbone chairs. An Isamu Noguchi pendant lamp gently overhangs the dining table. Stylish dining credenza completes the room, stocked with plenty of serving trays and all the outdoor dining accoutrements one could need for a large gathering.
The great room has sliders that lead onto the deck where you will find a 9ft long RH dining table with seating for 10 adults and a top-of-the-line Viking propane gas grill. The dining area has 3 large cherry trees surrounding it which make for an incredible pink bloom during the spring. Next to the dining area, there is an outdoor living room consisting of stylish couches and chairs, in addition to plenty of umbrellas to provide shade during the morning & afternoon sun.
The first floor primary suite has a king bed, home office, closet, and sliders that lead directly out to the private hot tub and swimming pool. The en-suite marble bath is brand new and includes a sun-drenched 6x4ft walk-in shower with floor to ceiling jade zellige tiles (hand cut in Morocco), rain shower head & teak bench. There is a free-standing soaking tub, private toilet nook and modern vanity, with plenty of bath & beach towels. Bedrooms have brand new, top of the line memory foam mattresses, crisp white linens and down & down-alternative pillows & duvets, with black-out blinds, extra blankets and closet space.
On the first floor, there is a playful powder room with a zellige tile floor from Cle'. The walls & ceiling are painted in Benjamin Moore Tomato Cream Sauce.

The property is set on 1 acre, perched on top of a hill and up a 150ft long private driveway with generous parking space for 4 cars. Occasionally in the winter, we are lucky enough to sled down the driveway (sled kept in basement!)
The heart of the house is the soaring great room with 22ft vaulted ceilings that encompasses both the living & dining rooms. Wood-burning fireplace, 75in Samsung smart tv with cable & sonos complete the room.
Continue through the dining room, you’ll find the fully loaded chefs kitchen, with top-of-the-line viking appliances, a commercial-grade 6-burner stove/oven with a warming shelf, farmhouse prep sink with a Barber Wilsons faucet and another full size sink, great for clean-up. The kitchen is stocked with every modern appliance you will need for a large family gathering. In addition to all the essentials, we have a waffle iron, toaster, blender, mixer, lobster pot, and 2 coffee machines, one Cuisinart drip coffee maker & N'espresso machine for pods.
The stylish pool area has 6 loungers & 3 umbrellas, plus the vintage Seafood neon sign that can be turned on at night. The sign was salvaged from a 1940’s seafood shop in Portland. The heated saltwater pool is surrounded by lush landscaping, with flowering hydrangeas on 3 sides. Under the birch tree, find the poolside hammock & blue stone patio. Built-in landscape lighting makes the pool area as well as the front of the house come alive at night. Walk past the hammock and you are brought to the private patio outside the primary bedroom, which has the 4-6 person hot tub, great in all 4 seasons.
Head upstairs and there are 2 generous guest rooms on opposite ends of the house, with a large shared bath in between. The first room has a king bed, 55in smart tv, and the 2nd home office in the house. Walk down the hallway overlooking the great room and the 2nd upstairs guest room has 2 matching queen poster beds - upholstered in sapphire blue from Room & Board. This room sleeps 4 comfortably. The bedroom includes a large closet, another samsung smart tv, and can also be used as a junior suite.
The house is stocked with virtually everything you need for any season. We have 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built in coolers, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, pool floats, rainy day puzzles and games like Jenga & Cards Against Humanity, etc. There are three smart TVs. Laundry room in basement. For outdoor activities, the house comes with 4 vintage-style single-speed beach cruisers for easy riding around town or to local bay beaches. We also have one kayak that we keep docked at a local bay beach for easy paddling, along with a cornhole set & ping pong table on the deck.
