As featured in Conde Nast Traveler 2021, our newly renovated A-Frame beach house is perfect for all 4 seasons and is located on a very quiet street within Historic East Hampton Springs and moments from scenic Gerard Drive Beach. The home features extensive decking with a hot tub overlooking the backyard and a wooded nature preserve and has an open floor plan with a light filled kitchen, living & dining area with a vintage wood burning mid-century fireplace as the centerpiece. There is a built-in hot tub on the back deck as well, which can accommodate 2-4 guests at once. The hot tub is open year round.

The heart of the house is the light-filled great room with 16ft vaulted ceilings, and anchored by the mid century wood-burning fireplace. A 65 inch Samsung smart TV with cable & Sonos completes the living space.
The custom built dining table & 10ft long bench can comfortably accommodate 6-8 adults. A Serena + Lily pendant lamp hangs from the ceiling.
View of the great room upon entering the front door. Sunlight streams through the windows at many times throughout the day. Vintage scout chairs from an antique shop in Millbrook, NY sit next to the mid-century fireplace. The living room is stocked with great rainy day games like jenga, monopoly, twister, cards against humanity, uno etc.
The light filled kitchen is fully stocked. A farmhouse sink anchors the kitchen with all new appliances as of 2021. For coffee drinkers, in addition to our Cuisinart drip coffee maker & bean grinder, we also have an Illy espresso machine. Outside there is a large Weber gas grill.
For outdoor living & dining, there is a 1000 square foot wrap-around deck with multiple lounging options. Next to the hot tub, there is a teak RH dining table that can accommodate 6 adults, as well as 4 sun loungers with cushions off the living room and an outdoor living space with a large L-shaped sunbrella-fabric covered sofa & cantilevered umbrella.
On the first floor, just outside both downstairs bedrooms, is the full bathroom in the house with marble floors & tiled walls. Flooded with natural light, especially in the morning, there is a walk-in shower with rain head & marble vanity.
Next to the full bath, there are two generous guest rooms, each with a queen bed, full dresser + large closet. A full size crib and pack 'n play are included.
The upstairs lofted bedroom has a new king bed & memory foam mattress, along with a 55 inch Sony smart TV. This unique room has wonderful natural light and is definitely the most sought after bedroom in the house!
Gerard Drive
Outdoor amenities are aplenty. Our large & totally private outdoor shower is definitely our preferred spot to bathe in the warmer months. Faces east so it gets lots of direct sun as well. Additionally, the house comes with 6 bikes, 5 of which are single speed, adjustable seat beach cruisers. The house also comes with 2 paddle boards and a double kayak docked at a nearby bay beach for you to use at your pleasure. Life-vests & paddles stored in the basement as well as all the necessary summer accoutrements like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc.
Charming & peaceful in all 4 seasons, our A-Frame is directly across from a 6 acre nature preserve, so there are no homes across the street. The neighborhood is great for walks, runs, bike riding and stroller pushing. There is a basketball hoop in front of the house.
