The recently completed heated saltwater sport pool (3.5ft - 5.5ft deep) and 8'x10' in-ground hot tub are surrounded by mahogany decking and a brand new blue-stone patio. The hot tub is available year-round and comfortably seats 10-12 people & has a plunge area that is 4ft deep on one side. The backyard is completely private and has a nice yard for badminton, bocce ball or kicking a soccer ball with little kids. We also have a volleyball net that can be set up inside the pool.
The great room has 16ft vaulted ceilings throughout and has an abundance of natural light all day/year long. The mid-century wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the room, along with the coziest beanbag (hand-stitched in South Africa) that anyone has ever sat in.
Views views and more views! Wrap-around mahogany deck & heated waterside pool. Upper deck with some of the most spectacular water & sunset views that The Hamptons has to offer. Large entertaining, lounging & al fresco dining options on the top deck. Strong wifi throughout.
Wildlife & bird lovers will fall in love with the wildlife & fauna surrounding the pond. Egrets, Great Blue Heron, Swans, Canadian Geese, Osprey and American Bald Eagles all call Swand Pond home.
Fully stocked chef's kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room, which comfortably seats 12 adults, with amazing water & sunset views. 12ft custom wrap-around sofa comfortably seats the whole family. 65in sony smart tv pulls out from the wall with a swivel.
Large main floor en-suite Primary bedroom with king bed & brand new bathroom (completed May 2024!), with plenty of room to stretch out. This room comes with a DWR sleeper sofa that can be made into a full XL when needed. Large walk-in closet + a separate office area with views of the pool & backyard. We sometimes put a crib in walk-in-closet when we need to - it works great as a nursery off the primary bedroom.
The main floor also has a chic powder room, just around the corner from the great room.
Bedroom 2: This is our junior primary bedroom, with water-views from both the bedroom & en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has direct access to backyard & pool area & a 55in smart TV & large closet. The en-suite bathroom has access to the hallway as well and can either be used solely as an en-suite for this bedroom or a combo with hall access. The bathroom is newly renovated (May 2024) and is all white marble with a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: king bed, large closet, desk & built-in bench and 55in smart tv with sliders that provide direct access to pool, hot tub & backyard area. This uses one of the two full bathrooms on this level.
Two more guest bedrooms:
1 king room & 1 queen room, share one of the two full bathrooms downstairs
Bedroom 4: king bed & day bed, 55in smart tv & closet/dresser with sliders to pool & yard.
Bedroom 5: queen bed, closet, desk, 10ft ceilings
The 3rd full bathroom is on the same level as the 2nd full bathroom. This has a newly completed bathroom with bathtub & duravit rain shower head.
The house is stocked with every summer toy for every family and large group. We have a weber gas grill, 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, 9 bikes, 12 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, boccee ball, floaties for the pool, a swing set under the deck for toddlers and kids, a pod chair, swinging disk, an outdoor shower & dressing area. House also comes with an EV (+ tesla) charger by the front door that works with teslas + all other EV's. Vintage convertible not included :)
